The positive psychology movement catalyses a change in psychology from a
preoccupation with only repairing the worst things in life to also building
the best qualities in life.
Hundreds of interventions have been developed to help people identify and
develop 24 character strengths that contribute to the good life. Researchers
have found that by exercising those top “signature strengths” as much as
possible leads to a sense of fulfilment.
